1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and kg99b in connection with your use of the platform's website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services"). Your continued use of the Services following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the kg99b platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. kg99b does not accept any liability arising from your use of the Services in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on kg99b. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and funds held across all associated accounts may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. kg99b will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kg99b immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of such notification, kg99b will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account while the investigation is ongoing. kg99b accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kg99b operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any point at kg99b's discretion — you may be required to submit identity verification documents, including:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. kg99b reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, or where fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour is detected. Upon closure, any bonuses or promotional balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in verified accounts will be returned to the player via the original payment method subject to completed KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kg99b accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kg99b reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on kg99b is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kg99b account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited depending on the processing schedule of the issuing bank. kg99b is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the original deposit where possible. kg99b aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the full deposited amount must have been wagered at least once on any real-money game or betting market on the platform. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and is not a bonus wagering requirement. All funds deposited must be used for genuine gaming activity before being withdrawn.

4.6 Currency

All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kg99b does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by kg99b.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by kg99b are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The general bonus conditions set out in this section apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by the specific terms of a given offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must be wagered a minimum number of times — as specified in the individual offer's terms — before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses that have not been wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

A player is eligible to claim a welcome bonus only once. Subsequent bonuses are subject to the individual promotion's eligibility criteria. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing bonus terms will have their bonus balance forfeited, and kg99b reserves the right to close the account and withhold any associated winnings.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

kg99b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and credited prior to the change taking effect.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on kg99b — including slot titles, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and casual card games — are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each provider's games use independently verified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomisation conducted by trained croupiers. The outcomes of all games are outside the control of kg99b.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game, kg99b will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue and restore game integrity. 6.4 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed and valid once you receive a bet confirmation notification within the platform interface. kg99b is not responsible for bets that were not submitted or confirmed due to internet connectivity issues on your end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kg99b and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one registered account on kg99b
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or payment information
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial tool to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for personal financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the platform

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments & Termination

12.2 Termination by kg99b

kg99b may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform's security or integrity. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and winnings generated through prohibited activity will be forfeited.

12.3 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of your request, kg99b will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kg99b is incorporated. You agree that any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
